Mobile Wheel Repairs has a Covid safe management plan as outlined on the Queensland Government website.

This plan is updated regularly.

While there are restrictions in place we will follow all necessary protocols. These are currently:

  • Wearing a mask

  • Keeping a 1.5 m distance

  • We also wear gloves

During a lockdown Mobile Wheel Repairs implements a zero contact policy.

  • Our technicians will always wear a mask while on your premises and will wear gloves at all times.

  • You will be contacted prior to the booking to help you organise the workplace so that no contact is required.

  • If you have a garage the Mobile Wheel Repairs technician will call you when they arrive so you can open your garage.

  • If you do not have a garage then please leave access for our technician so that the wheel/s of your vehicle can be removed. The vehicle will need to be on a reasonably level surface as it will be need to be jacked up safely.

  • If your vehicle has locking wheel nuts then please leave the tool out for the technician.

  • We require power to complete the work so please provide access to a 240v socket or a power lead left under the garage door.

  • The work will be completed and wheel/s put back on the car and tightened to the required torque.

  • Your invoice for the work will be sent via email or text message.

  • If our technician needs to talk to you whilst on your premises then they will call you.

  • Our technicians do not need to enter your car or home.

We ask that you follow these procedures and do not come into contact with our technicians
